WASTEFLOW PC Specification 

The drip line consists of nominal sized, 1/2” linear low density polyethylene tubing, with turbulent flow, drip emitters bonded to the inside wall. The drip emitter flow passage is 0.032” x 0.045” square. The tubing has an outside diameter (O.D.) of approximately .64” and an inside diameter (I.D.) of approximately .55”. 

The tubing consists of three layers: the inside layer has a bactericide protection, the middle layer is black, and the outside layer has a purple stripe for easy identification. The drip line emitters are regularly spaced 24”, 18”, or 12” apart. The pressure compensating emitters are molded from virgin polyethylene resin with a silicone rubber diaphragm. The pressure compensating emitters have nominal discharge rates of 0.53 gph (gallons per hour). The emitter is impregnated with Treflan^® to inhibit root intrusion for 10 years and is guaranteed by the manufacturer to inhibit root intrusion for this period.

The drip emitter flow passage is 0.053” x 0.053” square. The tubing has an outside diameter (O.D.) of approximately .64” and an inside diameter (I.D.) of approximately .55”.
